PROFESSIONAL ASPIRATIONS
My career interest is in the fields of Management, Research and Economy. I aspire to continue working as a Civil Servant at various levels of responsibilities related to Management, Research and Economy. In order to fulfill my ambitions, I felt obliged to undertake further postgraduate studies and professional training in Project Management, that why I have decided to study (Master of Engineering Management majoring Project Management at the University of Dar es Salaam) , where I learn Cooperate Management, Contract Management, Project Management, Consulting Management, Entrepreneurship and Environmental Management), these will enhance my education I have from the B.Sc. Building Economics (Quantity Surveying). The degree in Project Management will pave a way for me to become a much more competent professional in this discipline (Project Management).

A). Pre-Tender Design and Design stage: Development appraisals, Cost Planning, Researches, Schedule of Materials, Procurement methodology, Establishment of Quantities (BOQ), Contractor selection, Bid and tender documentation, Bid and tender evaluation. (B). Post-Contract stage: Construction programme scheduling, Supervision of contraction works, Valuation of ongoing works, Cost management and recording, Contractors claim assessments, payment and management.
